    Change Shipping Address

    1. You can change shipping address if order was NOT sent yet.

    3. Click Edit

    What is expected arrival date?

    In most cases expected arrival time is 2-10 days after shipping date.

    To know shipping date make sure our emails are not going into your spam folder and you are missing important notification.

    Why isn’t my tracking number working?

    Depending on where you live, the shipping company may be slow at updating or it won't update until it clears the customs in your country.

    Why does my order show Semi-shipped?

    For security reasons we will split your order into a few packages.

    Semi-shipped means that first package was sent and second or third were packed and will go out in 12-48 hours.

    If the shipping delay is longer than 5-7 WORKING days after paying date write us a ticket.
